For a while, I haven't been posting a lot of those follow-me-around type of posts where I tell you what I've done for the day, the places I've been to, and the people I went with. I'm not sure if you guys enjoyed reading/looking at those, but really love sharing how my day went on this blog. After all, that was how I started this blog :)

Yesterday (Friday), I had the chance to bring my camera with me when I went out for dinner and desserts with the girls. Yay for catching up and girl bonding!

Today's overpriced snack of choice is the Starbucks Sausage Pizza Roll and Coffee Jelly. See, I love Starbucks, but they make me break the bank every time! :(

Chilled at Starbucks for a bit, waiting for the girls. I was maybe a bit too early--try an hour early. And look, I got new shorts from Tomato!

As predicted, the girls and I ended up having dinner at Omakase. No complaints. It will always be our favorite! I had their Seaweed Salad and the Rock 'n Roll Maki. Compared to my usual order, the American Dream, it's a lighter option. It's still very filling though!

We first went here when we were still in high school. That was about 5 or so years ago. Back then, we would talk about how our finals went, boys we liked (haha, yihee!), and television series we were following. Fast forward to today and a lot of us are already working! It was so funny discussing work and catching up over dinner.

We felt like such adults... but I really do believe we're still very young at heart (and mind? LOL). It was great to see them! We were almost complete too :)

After dinner, we had dessert at this cute place called Le Petit Cherie. They were nearing closing when we got there and it was a rainy evening, so there weren't much people. Their service wasn't very impressive though. But anyway, I found the place rather sweet. Here are some pictures to tickle your fancy.

I hope this post wasn't too long. I was literally just running you through my Friday evening. Haha! So when was the last time you saw your good friends from high school? :)
